Hi! Maddi and Jett here! We wanted to say a little piece here about our wedding and what went on in our heads while planning.

When we sat down together and talked in detail about what type of day we truly wanted, we both came to the clear conclusion that we wanted a fun, casual day spent with our closest friends and family. That’s how we ultimately came upon the idea of a summer camp wedding! Our vision became a fun-filled weekend shared with loved ones, beginning with an all-out field day packed with games, followed by a cozy bonfire and creative craft activities for everyone to enjoy. While coming on Friday is not mandatory, we’d love to see as many of our friends and family there as possible!

After Friday’s celebration, we planned a calm and easy wedding day where everyone can relax and enjoy the beautiful grounds at their own speed. In the morning, there will be a light breakfast and a gentle yoga session. If that’s not your style, no problem—there are many other fun activities before the wedding starts! While the wedding party gets ready, you can hike scenic trails, swim, lounge in the sun, or play games set up around the property. Just a note: Maddi’s mom, Penny, might end up recruiting your help with some last-minute decorating, so beware!
